Every adult should think about a will. Although it may seem particularly important for the elderly or infirm those experiencing difficulties with relationships or are unmarried need to give special consideration to this. Without a will, the person you would expect or wish to benefit from your estate may not do so. Married persons are not always entitled to everything belonging to their spouse. The person you consider to be closest to you may not receive anything as the law may not recognise your relationship if you are not married. After the death of a close relative or friend, I recognise the need for sensitivity and can relieve you of the burden of paperwork and administration and make sure legalities are observed.
